Affiliate Window’s annual black-tie affair, Wonderland, saw 500 advertisers, digital media agencies, publishers and industry representatives gather for an evening of fantasy, surprise, fine dining and relaxed networking. The event has become one of the most anticipated in the performance-marketing calendar, with a reputation for creating wonderful, witty events that strengthen existing relationships between big brands and help forge new partnerships.
We created the design and atmosphere for this event from initial concept to delivery. The King George III was transformed into a country garden for the reception. Guests then headed upstairs to the eerie setting of Wonderland in the Porter Tun – complete with a huge tree, neon leaves, giant knitted mushrooms and a bespoke menu. While guests were having dinner, the King George III was transformed for the afterparty, as if uninvited guests had entered the garden and ‘trashed’ it beyond recognition.
Affiliate Window received fantastic feedback from guests at Wonderland, and was delighted with the success of its black tie event, which “could not have been achieved without the hard work and dedication of the Brewery team”.
The Brewery was delighted to host the first ever charity event for The England Footballers Foundation, The Lions and Roses Dinner. Guests at the event included the England football squad, JLS, Ray Winstone and other Ex England players. The dinner was hosted by Ben Shepard, Clive Tyldesley and Gabby Roslin and featured live performances from Tinie Tempah, Ellie Goulding and JLS. The Brewery worked alongside production company Bentley's to deliver the event. This included the management of complex logistics and security to creating and serving a stunning 3 course meal consisting of traditional English cusine made with locally sourced produce. The event was huge success and raised an estimated £250,000 for the England Footballers Foundation Charity.
