  • Bowl Food

    Bowl Food

The bowl food menu has been designed to cater for events that are informal, where space is limited or where guests are encouraged to roam, such as exhibitions. This menu allows guests to sample lots of different bowls from passing waiting staff. Each bowl is a small meal in its own right and is balanced to make sure that although the bowls are small, guests are not left hungry.

  • Food Stalls

    Food Stalls

An informal menu that’s our interpretation of a food market. Guests choose from four different stalls set up in the room, each with a different culinary theme. The food is served in recycled boxes with recyclable Vegware cutlery and is designed so it can easily be eaten while standing.

  • Grab Food

    Grab Food

This is a lighter, quicker option than the chef’s table and food stalls. The menu comprises a selection of hot and cold bite items with one bowl food dish. This is designed to provide a snack option for guests at an event but is not suitable as a full meal option. This menu is served on a buffet (the closest traditional comparison would be a finger buffet).

  • Canapes

    Canapes

These have been created as an accompaniment to a drinks reception and are great for networking as they provide a taking point and a tasty accompaniment to your drink. The canapé menu is varied, with a good contrast in the style and flavours of the canapés so they don’t all look the same when they are being served.

  • Three-Course Seasonal Menu

    Three-Course Seasonal Menu

This menu is created using locally sourced seasonal produce. The menu is designed by The Brewery's executive chef with the ethos of bringing restaurant quality food to banqueting with exciting combinations of ingredients and bold and delicious flavours. The menus are created each season to look as good as they taste, with special attention paid to the presentation of each dish. Guests see that they are being served cuisine of a higher quality than most events venues can offer.
