The bowl food menu has been designed to cater for events that are informal, where space is limited or where guests are encouraged to roam, such as exhibitions. This menu allows guests to sample lots of different bowls from passing waiting staff. Each bowl is a small meal in its own right and is balanced to make sure that although the bowls are small, guests are not left hungry.
This is our version of the traditional fork buffet: a selection of salads, hot main courses and desserts. The buffet has been designed to combine great taste and exciting or unusual ingredients with intelligent nutrition, so guests maintain their energy levels without feeling tired and sluggish. This is particularly important during conferences to prevent the traditional post-lunch slump.
An informal menu that’s our interpretation of a food market. Guests choose from four different stalls set up in the room, each with a different culinary theme. The food is served in recycled boxes with recyclable Vegware cutlery and is designed so it can easily be eaten while standing.
This is a quick, light lunch designed for conferences and meetings. The soups are all made freshly in-house from seasonal vegetables bought at the market in the morning. A variety of fresh sandwiches are served on a range of speciality breads.
This menu is perfect for breakfast meetings or conferences and events whose attendees need a filling start to the day. The menu consists of two options: a continental with a selection of fresh sweet and savoury items baked in-house on the morning of your event; or our interpretation of the traditional full English, served using only the highest quality produce. It’s definitely not the ordinary greasy spoon offering.
Breaks at The Brewery offer fantastic value for money and a refreshing change to the standard stale biscuits you might expect elsewhere. Our breaks are all baked freshly in house on the morning of your event. There is a different break for each time of day to make sure that your delegates are getting what they need. From the arrival break offering a fresh nutritional start to the day with a mixture of fruit juices and sweet and savoury breakfast items, to the afternoon break where guests get the sugar kick that will get them through the day. Break menus change seasonally with the menus to ensure only the freshest fruit and vegetables are used.
