We recognise that food is one of the most important aspects of your event, so we pay particular attention to providing cuisine that stands out for its quality, taste, provenance and suitability.

Our award-winning chefs work in consultation with local suppliers and nutritionists to provide balanced menus that are rich in nutrients, robust in flavour and, where possible, organic and locally sourced.

Our chefs works with their suppliers to earmark their best produce for The Brewery kitchen. Our menus reflect the seasons, so we keep food miles down and select ingredients according to what’s growing in local fields. 

Our menus are also tailored to each event. After all, the demands of a conference delegate are very different from those attending an awards dinner. But whether you need a bento box for delegates on the move or a sumptuous feast for your annual awards, the food you’re served will set your event apart from the rest.
