Getting a taste and setting your menu
Tasting
All couples are invited to a tasting session with the executive chef, at the Chef’s Table in our kitchens. You can see how the food is prepared, taste all the courses and matching wines, and make your own requests.
This is also when you’ll meet your event manager, having already met your wedding planner and wedding co-ordinator, so by the end of tasting you’ll have met all the people responsible for making your wedding run smoothly.
The menu is designed to be full of flair and highly stylised to really impress guests during the wedding breakfast. However, we can also create specialist menus for couples looking for something different or a particular style of food.
Any changes to the menu are recorded and photographed to make sure everything is perfect on the day.
Wedding menus start at 3 course with coffee and petit fours but we can create high-end 5 or 6 course menus.
Seasonal wine
A wide selection of champagnes and sparkling wines are available for your toast.
We also offer a range of choices for the drinks reception, from bucks fizz to champagne, Pimm’s or cocktails.
Wine to accompany the meal is professionally matched to suit your chosen menu, and this will be available for tasting at the Chef’s Table with the food.
