We recognise that food is one of the single most important parts of your visit to the Brewery. Our team of award wining chefs work in consultation with a team of nutritionists to provide balanced menus that are rich in nutrients and robust in flavours.

Our menus reflect the seasons and are tailored to each event. After all, the demands of a conference delegate are very different from those attending an awards dinner.
