The Brewery recognises that, in its day-to-day operations, its business impacts on the environment in a number of ways and it strives to minimise negative social, environmental and economic impacts while maintaining the high quality of its work.
The management of The Brewery is committed to seeking continuous improvement in all aspects of the company’s sustainability performance on its sites.
The Brewerys' ongoing sustainability objectives are:
1. To identify and engage with stakeholders and suppliers on issues of sustainability
2. To assess sustainability risks and opportunities presented by hosting events at The Brewery
3. To set sustainability key performance indicators and objectives for our work on events held in our building
4. To help to provide necessary resources and training for those involved in the contribution of event management within our building

1. Benchmark the level of sustainability currently within The Brewery
2. Create a strategy for on-going implementation and measurement of sustainability
3. Start to raise awareness for the concept of a sustainable event with the events held at the venue
4. Gather feedback and learning on the implementation of a sustainable event management system
5. Work with our service partners to improve the sustainability of all the services provided at the venue
