We recognise that the events held at our venue have impacts on the environment and we seek to minimise these through adopting best practice and innovation.
By taking out paper, cardboard, oil and glass bottles from the waste stream we have dramatically reduced the amount of waste sent to landfill.
We also seek to reduce food miles by producing seasonal inspired menus.
