For event organisers needing audio-visual support for their conference space, our in-house AV specialists AVC can provide the highest level of audio-visual support. Organisers wishing to bring in their own team also have the ability to do so thanks to the versatility of our conference areas.
All of our rooms – The Porter Tun, Queen Charlotte, Sugar Rooms, Smeaton Vaults and James Watt – are provided with high end tableware and fully customisable electronic entrance signage, allowing organisers to tweak every aspect of their event.
