The Brewery believes tastings are a key part of every one of our successful events and as such we invite all of our Porter Tun clients to join us in our glass tasting room that sits in the heart of the kitchen.

Here you will meet Head of Food, Steve Connell, who will talk you through your menu and present you with a presentation plate for discussion and a sample of each dish to try. Following this you will then have the opportunity to talk through the menu with Andrew and also discuss any logistical questions you may have with your event manager.

Concise recordings of the tasting are made so that any changes discussed in the tasting room are accurately recreated on the day of your event.
