Audio visual conference facilities

As one of London’s leading corporate venues, The Brewery prides itself on offering an integrated DB audio PA system in each room – whether you’re entertaining in the 300-1000 capacity Porter Tun or speaking at a small engagement in the Sugar Rooms – as well as high speed Wi-Fi service at no additional charge.

For event organisers needing audio-visual support for their conference venue, our in-house AV specialists can provide the highest level of audio-visual support. Organisers wishing to bring in their own team also have the ability to do so thanks to the versatility of our conference areas.

All of our rooms – The Porter Tun, Queen Charlotte, Sugar Rooms, Smeaton Vaults and James Watt – are provided with high end tableware and fully customisable electronic entrance signage, allowing organisers to tweak every aspect of their event.

Our passionate team of chefs can design and create a menu – with you – that will best suit your corporate event. Not only that , it will also satisfy a range of palettes, paying close attention to taste, quality, provenance and nutrition.

Having many rooms available to us we can cater to smaller capacity meetings or larger capacity conferences by using a combination of the different rooms available to us. For example, if you’re looking for a venue to hire for 300 people capacity we can look at combining King George III and Sugar Rooms to host your London event. Or for a conference centre with 100 capacity, the Smeaton Vaults would be perfect for you.

If you’re looking for a conference venue for hire that can comfortably hold up to 1,200 guests, then you’ve found the best in The Brewery. Likewise, if you need a meeting venue for just a few dozen and you want to wow your guests, this is the place for you. It’s unusual to have the option of meeting room hire with such flexibility on guest numbers at the same central London location.

At The Brewery, we have the ability to expand your meeting area at short notice (subject to availability), should more guests attend than expected. All our rooms include high-end tableware, a cloakroom with 24hr security, and electronic entrance signage that can be branded or tailored as organisers see fit.
