Led by Food Director Tom Gore and Executive Chef Steve Connell, The Brewery’s handpicked young and talented team of chefs deliver consistently outstanding plates of food. Tom’s passion for food and the drive to be one of the world’s leading venues for event catering is shared by every single member of the Brewery kitchen team and is reflected by the dishes that are created for all of The Brewery’s events.
The eclectic menus at The Brewery are heavily influenced by the global culinary experiences gained from working on events and at leading restaurants around the world. Members of the team have also worked on events as diverse as running the kitchen at The MTV Awards in Sydney to a dinner for 500 with Marco Pierre White and John Travolta’s birthday party in Florida.
2018 saw The Brewery cease its relationship with Mitie and bought all of its catering operations in house.
