It is important to choose the platform that will get the most out of your event. Chime Live is Encore’s dedicated platform, that’s been built for hybrid. It offers a huge range of functionality that can be tailored to your needs and budget.
If Chime isn’t the best solution for your event, or you have a platform that you’ve used in the past, Encore will incorporate this into their planning.
Hybrid Event Production & Services
The Brewery’s partnership with Encore means our on-site team have access to one of the world’s largest technical event equipment suppliers. No matter how big or small the requirements, the latest technology will always be on hand.
The on-site production team from Encore have built up a wide array of experience across a range of previous hybrid event projects. This expertise, mixed with the experts across the wider Encore Europe team, means that your event delivery and production is in very safe hands. Areas of specialisation include set design, production studios, virtual broadcasts, streaming production and direction.

What equipment is included within the cost of hiring a function room?
Every room in The Brewery features an integrated DB audio PA system; as well as access to The Brewery’s high speed Wi-Fi service; all for no additional cost. Additional hire of equipment and event staff/technicians will add to the cost of venue hire; please field any queries in regards to specific prices to us, through our Contact Us page.
Can I hire equipment, but have my AV technicians operate it?
We always recommend to get in touch with our team of event planners who will put you in touch with our AV team to discuss this specific requirement.
How do I hire the equipment?
When you’re planning your event with one of our specialist members of staff, you’ll be provided with the option to hire whatever equipment or personnel that you may need to ensure the success of your event. If you’re unsure of the requirements that you need in terms of AV services, we can quickly assess your plans and needs, and workout exactly what is needed to achieve the results that you desire.
Can you tailor your corporate audio-visual services to our brand?
This is not a problem at all, we can house specifically branded banners and print designs, incorporate your company’s logo and signage into a series of electronic entrance signs that we have located around the venue, and play whatever video content, as well as audio-recordings and music, that your company requires to truly make an event your own.
I need an uninterrupted internet connection for our presentation, will this be a problem?
Not at all, we have an exceptionally fast complimentary Wi-Fi service accessible from anywhere within our venue; if you have large amounts of video, audio, or other data that needs to be downloaded or streamed on the day of the event, you’ve got nothing to worry about.
