What We Did

The Fragrance Foundation Awards, one of The Brewery's most anticipated event, recognizes excellence in the fragrance industry.

This Awards covers a wide range of categories to honour various aspects of the industry. These categories include Best Fragrance of the Year, Fragrance of the Year , Perfume Extraordinaire, Packaging of the Year, Media Campaign of the Year, and many more. Each category focuses on specific aspects of fragrance creation, marketing, advertising, and presentation.

As the host venue for over ten years, The Brewery has worked hard to create a memorable experience for all the attendees, making sure the ambiance, amenities, and attention to detail contribute to creating an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere, for such a prestigious occasion.

How We Did It

The Brewery provides a sophisticated and versatile setting for the Fragrance Foundation Awards. The venue offers a range of spaces that can accommodate different aspects of the awards ceremony, including a courtyard for the red carpet segment and glamourous arrival of the guests, the main stage, dinner setting, drinks reception and party.

The venue's staff worked closely with the Fragrance Foundation's organisers and suppliers (such as the creative agency The Mammoths) to ensure that every aspect of the awards ceremony runs smoothly. Moyses Stevens' talented floral designers carefully selected blooms with captivating fragrances, creating floral displays that were not only visually stunning but also a feast for the senses, creating a multisensory and immersive experience for attendees.

The organisers surprised the guests with a performance from Blue, the British boy band, creating an even more memorable experience for all.

The Food and Drink

Committed to tempting the appetite and quenching the thirst of every guest, The Brewery’s dedicated team of chefs created a selection of delectable food and drinks served throughout the day. The mouth-watering menu included.

Dinner

Salmon mi cuit, torched corn, nori oil, popcorn beurre blanc, marinated salmon roe and a sweetcorn dashi crisp
Summer asparagus, pea panna cotta, truffled egg yolk, preserved lemon, peas in basil oil, pine nut puree and a parmesan crisp, edible flowers (V)

Roasted sirloin of beef & spiced beef samosa, onion soubise, confit summer squash with grilled asparagus, peas in nori oil
Ricotta gundi, wild mushrooms, pickled violet artichokes & brood beans finished with parmesan cream, parmesan crumble and black truffle beurre noisette

Rhubarb & custard open macarons, rhubarb jelly, poached rhubarb, white chocolate custard & rhubarb ice cream, lemon balm, drizzle of kumquat puree around the edge of the plate (V)
