What We Did

Following a tantalising invitation campaign in the lead up to the party guests arrived to witness the scene of a car crash, what followed was designed to take guests out of their comfort zone as they made their accession to purgatory, designed as a stale waiting room, before making their way to the haunted House Macabre.

How We Did It

Our teams worked hard to imagine and create an unforgettable, immersive and spine-chilling evening for the guests. We worked very closely with our AV team and external suppliers to find the perfect decoration and furniture to transform the venue.

Additionally we recruited actors to engage with and entertain the attendees. The Porter Tun balcony was transformed into a waiting room and drinks reception area, while the main floor was divided into four distinct sections, each with its own unique atmosphere, actors playing different characters and scary surprises:

  • A bathroom section with an scary lady
  • A nursery section with a terrifying clown
  • A bedroom section with a serial killer
  • A library/Chapel section with a troubled Edgar Allan Poe style poet

After dinner, The Porter Tun Balcony was converted into an after party area with DJ booth and photobooth.
