The Ceremony and Drinks Reception
The Brewery have hosted a lot of culturally diverse weddings and when it comes to Mediterranean weddings, the venue has been working for more than 30 years with the renowned family business, Perry's The Wedding Company.
With the expertise and knowledge of both our teams, we have been able to put together high quality, large scale and magnificent weddings in The Porter Tun, including Stephanie and Stefan's big day
Stephanie and Stefan decided to have their wedding ceremony in an Orthodox Church in Bayswater, London before heading to The Brewery for the rest of their festivities.
The drink reception took place in The King George III. With the guests enjoying drinks and canapés, this was the perfect moment for the newly-weds to spend a moment on their own and to be the first to see their reception room (The Porter Tun) breathtakingly transformed by one of our talented preferred suppliers, The Wedding Lounge.

The Wedding Breakfast and After Party
To help with all the important announcements, the couple decided to hire a toastmaster. Howard was great, from ushering the guests to The Porter Tun, doing the welcome speech to getting everyone on the dance floor, he really helped with the flow of the evening. He is also very familiar with the venue as he is the chosen Toastmaster for most of Perry's weddings.
After the 3-course dinner, the guests enjoyed the traditional Greek dances, such as the Money Dance. They then danced all night long alongside Tony Perry (DJ TP), a renowned DJ who is also the son of Perry's founders and who regularly plays at The Brewery – he is one of the best at knowing how to read a crowd!

Chicken Caesar croquettes, lettuce, samphire and smoked anchovy purée

Goats cheese and red onion slice, tomato tartar, olive tapenade & balsamic gel garnished with crushed dried black olives & fresh pea shoots (V)

Slow cooked sticky beef, fried onion mash, spiced glazed carrots, cavolo nero with marrow bone & parsley sourdough crumb.

Butternut squash, aubergine, falafel and pomegranate (V)

Warm sticky toffee pudding, butterscotch sauce with vodka ice cream & dried raspberry dust
