How much does The Brewery cost to hire?
Depending on which of our event and exhibition spaces you’d like to hire, this will impact the price of your room hire. Please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to give you a bespoke quote, based on your individual events news.
Can you provide food for exhibition guests?
Our specially tailored menus can are perfect for feeding your guests during your exhibit. Our chefs recognise the various wants and needs of delegates during a long exhibition and can create food that keeps your guests going all day. We can also provide interesting snacks that exhibitors can serve from their stands to help attract delegates. Find out more about our food and drink.
Do you also provide staff for my event?
Promotional staff are available to hire for exhibitors' stands while we can also provide the finishing touches to your event, such as furniture and flowers.
And what about internet connectivity?
We provide fast, complimentary wireless broadband throughout the whole venue so you don't have to worry about acquiring internet access for your event. Learn more about our IT services.
Will The Brewery help with technical support?
Our in-house supplier AVC can provide full support throughout your whole event - from technical support for a full exhibition shell scheme to individual exhibitors' stand support.
Which room is right for my event?
Each room we offer has a different capacity. Organisers booking large exhibitions can also book multiple rooms to increase capacity. Our recommended limits are:

Is The Brewery suitable for large trade shows?

Why should I use The Brewery to host my exhibition?
We offer a range of different event spaces in our London location, all of which are suitable for any exhibition. With large, uninterrupted rooms for expo organisers holding a sizeable event to smaller, intimate rooms suitable for more exclusive events, The Brewery is the perfect venue for your exhibition. As the rooms are interconnected, adjacent rooms can be booked together so delegates can move between each room easily without disrupting the feel and tone of your event.
Can I hire more than one room?
Our venue is very flexible and some of the rooms are joined, allowing organisers to link spaces or use different rooms as breakout areas around a main space.
