What is AV?

Professional audio-visual services, or AV, are a key component for many events including Christmas parties, exhibitions, award ceremonies and conferences. The general term can generally be split into 3 areas:

• Sound can include a single lapel microphone for your keynote speaker, static mics for your panel to reduce interference, surround sound music speakers so everyone can dance the night away and a portable hearing loop so no one is left out.
• Lighting can include focusing the lights on the stage, adding dramatic lights to an exhibition to focus the eye and spectacular colours to set the mood for your event (orange is welcoming and warm, purple can be glamourous and white is more professional).
• Visuals can include presentations, projected logos and live streaming for hybrid events.

Plus, having an AV set up is pointless without skilled people to utilise them fully, so if you need a little help to get the most out of the equipment that you require, we have extremely talented personnel on site. Our team are extremely well-versed in the usage of any of the equipment on-site and can help acquire and manage any additional equipment you may require.

Hybrid events

Bringing virtual and live audiences together, hybrid events create a shared experience where everyone feels included and involved. Although they have been popular for many years, hybrid events grew even more so during the COVID-19 pandemic, when the need for virtual events grew astronomically.

Branding

In collaboration with our event audio visual services, we offer a range of event design and branding services to ensure your event has consistent branding across online and offline channels for your event.

We can work with you to create and use specifically branded banners and print designs, as well as incorporate your company’s logo and signage across the various electronic signs we have around the venue. In addition, we can play whatever video content, audio recordings and music you choose to truly make an event your own.
